Two people have been killed in a truck crash in the central Victorian town of Heathcote, north of Melbourne overnight.
A car and a truck collided on the McIvor Highway about 9.45pm.
The two people in the car died at the scene.

The male truck driver was not injured.
The Intersection of Northern Highway and McIvor Highway remains closed, while detours are in place along the highway from Knowsley.
Police are appealing for dash-cam footage from anyone who may have been driving in the area just before the fatal crash.
