Times News NetworkPanchkula: A man allegedly stole gold bangles worth Rs 15 lakh from a house in Sector 4, which he entered by posing as the friend of the houseowner’s Australia-based son, police said.Complainant Anita Moudgill said the accused came on the afternoon of Aug 6 and introduced himself as the friend and co-worker of her son Vikas.He told her that he wanted to see check out some gold bangle designs for his mother and wife. Believing him, Anita took out a few gold bangles from her cupboard. She said when she went to check on her husband, the accused stole the bangles and fled. A case has been registered.
