The West Bengal Motion Picture Artists’ Forum (WBMPAF) organised a special evening at Rabindra Sadan on Sunday to honour some of the most celebrated veterans of Bengali cinema and television. The event, which brought together the Tollywood fraternity, was marked by heartfelt tributes and warm interactions. The programme was marked by warmth, nostalgia and immense respect as senior artistes were felicitated for their invaluable contribution to Bengali cinema and television. The evening witnessed the presence of eminent personalities from the industry, who came together to pay tribute to these stalwarts.
Veteran artistes Lily Chakraborty, Aloka Ganguly, Mita Chatterjee, Dhiman Chakraborty, Sabitri Chatterjee, Nimai Ghosh, Biplab Chatterjee, Dipankar De and Alokananda Roy Banerjee were felicitated at the event.
