After ‘Peddi’ Ram Charan is working on his next film with ‘Pushpa’ director Sukumar. Tentatively called ‘RC17’, the film is in its pre-production stage.Now, latest buzz suggests that the Tollywood star will be undergoing a major physical change losing up to 15 kgs with the film’s first half script now being locked.

According to a post shared by media outlet Telugu Chitraalu on X, Ram Charan is expected to lose nearly 15 kgs for the film. The report also says that he will have a leaner body and long hair for his role.

The report also claims that Sukumar is working hard on the film as he plans to take his Pan-India game to another level with ‘RC17’. It is also suggested that the first half of the script has been completely locked. The team is reportedly working on the second half and the final climax draft.At the same time, the casting process for the female lead is said to be underway. The report has also mentioned that there has been a change in the technical team of the film.There were earlier reports that Rukmini Vasanth could be the heroine opposite Ram Charan in ‘RC17’. However, the latest post has denied those reports.
