Actor Gauahar Khan turned visibly emotional as she reacted to her husband Zaid Darbar’s eviction from the reality show Alliance. Taking to Instagram, Gauahar shared a heartfelt video expressing immense pride in Zaid’s integrity and the way he conducted himself on the show.In the video, Gauahar admitted she was overwhelmed after watching the latest episode. “Okay, so I’m a little shaky right now because I finally watched today’s episode of Alliance, and I can’t tell you how proud I am of my husband. And I’m so proud that I am his wife,” she said.She went on to highlight the contrast between what contestants say and how they actually play the game. “On a show like Alliance, where everyone is about goodness and, you know, ‘I’m your buddy, I’m your friend,’ when it’s their turn, they definitely, definitely choose themselves,” Gauahar added.Praising Zaid’s honesty and loyalty, she spoke about the difficult situation he was placed in during the game. “To be in a situation where once you’ve opened the card, you know that there is no way that you can get out of this… you’re an innocent. And somewhere you know that no matter what you do here, the game is such that you’ve been put in this traitor’s round,” she explained.Gauahar further revealed how Zaid chose to stand by his word instead of playing it safe. “I can hands down say that if my husband made a promise to someone… that if I’m a traitor, I’ll take your name, and if you become a traitor, you take my name, we’ll stick by that. Because that’s the safest thing to do,” she said.However, what truly moved her was Zaid’s decision to not shift blame or throw anyone under the bus. “For Zaid to not call out Kushal… he could have thrown shade.
