Most honeymoons are about finding a beautiful place to relax after the wedding. But for one newlywed couple, it turned into a globe-trotting holiday with private jets, luxury resorts and a new destination every few days.Their honeymoon, which reportedly cost around $150,000 (roughly ₹1.5 crore), is now making the rounds on social media after luxury travel planner Aneri Shah shared the details in an interview that was later reposted by WedMeGood. The itinerary was anything but ordinary. Instead of staying in one country, the couple travelled across the Caribbean, Central America and the US, with every stop offering a completely different experience.
The honeymoon began in St Barts
According to Aneri Shah of A Travel Duet, the couple started their trip in St Barts, the exclusive Caribbean island that’s known for attracting celebrities, business tycoons and yacht owners.Calling it the most expensive honeymoon her company has planned so far, she said the island was chosen because it combines luxury with a lively party scene. The couple stayed at Eden Rock, one of the island’s most sought-after luxury hotels. Aneri explained that getting a room there isn’t easy, as bookings often have to be made months, and sometimes even a year, in advance. She also described the kind of crowd the island attracts, saying it’s common to spot luxury yachts owned by some of the world’s biggest names. During the winter season, she said, St Barts transforms into the “Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean.”
Then came a private jet ride to Turks and Caicos
After soaking in the party atmosphere, the couple switched gears completely.Instead of flying commercially, they boarded a private jet and headed to the Turks and Caicos Islands, choosing a slower and more peaceful leg of the trip. They checked into Amanyara, one of the Caribbean’s most luxurious beach resorts, where the focus shifted from nightlife to quiet moments by the sea.According to Aneri, the couple spent their time enjoying beach photoshoots, horse riding by the ocean and simply unwinding after the excitement of St Barts.
From beaches to the rainforest
Just when it looked like the honeymoon couldn’t get more luxurious, the couple packed up again and flew to Costa Rica. But this wasn’t another beach holiday.Aneri said they deliberately changed the mood of the trip. After days spent by the sea, they wanted something completely different, so they chose the country’s lush rainforests and mountains instead. The couple stayed at Hacienda AltaGracia, a luxury resort that Aneri described as the “quiet luxury” version of high-end hospitality.Unlike some famous five-star hotels that thrive on social media attention, this property is known for offering privacy, wellness experiences and a more understated style of luxury.
The trip ended with Miami’s nightlife
For the final stop, the newlyweds flew to Miami, where they wrapped up the honeymoon with city life, restaurants and nightlife before heading home.It was a very different ending compared to the peaceful rainforest escape, but that’s exactly how the itinerary had been planned.Every destination offered a completely different vibe – from glamorous beach parties and quiet island living to nature retreats and buzzing city streets.
Social media can’t stop talking about it
The honeymoon has now caught the attention of thousands online, with many people calling it the definition of a dream vacation. While most couples spend days deciding between the Maldives, Europe or Bali, this pair managed to fit several luxury holidays into one trip.Private jets, iconic resorts, horse rides on the beach, tropical islands, rainforest stays and Miami nightlife – all in a single honeymoon. For most people, it’s the kind of holiday they’ll only see on Instagram. But for this couple, it became the first chapter of married life.Whether the ₹1.5 crore price tag feels extravagant or simply fascinating, one thing is clear – their honeymoon has become one of the internet’s most talked-about luxury travel stories this week.
