Fans of Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya, who have been missing their favourite actors’ powerful performances in fiction shows, have a reason to rejoice. As per a report by Telly Masala, Gaurav Khanna and Shraddha Arya are in the running to headline a new family-oriented love story. If everything falls into place, the show will see both actors make a comeback to daily soaps after their respective successful runs on the small screen.According to the reports, the show will be produced by TV czarina Ektaa Kapoor and the story will revolve around romance, relationships, and family dynamics. The show is reportedly being planned as a typical family drama with romance at its core. However, the makers have not yet revealed any details about the storyline or the characters.For the uninitiated, Gaurav Khanna rose to fame with his role as Anuj Kapadia in Anupamaa. The character made him a familiar face among television viewers. Following his exit from the hit show, he continued to entertain audiences through reality TV. He later emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss 19 and is now participating in Rohit Shetty’s stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 15.On the other hand, Shraddha Arya is loved for her performance as Preeta from Kundali Bhagya. She is currently away from the small screen and enjoying motherhood. After giving birth to her twin babies Shraddha returned to television for a brief period in Kumkum Bhagya. After getting married and welcoming her twins, the actor stepped away from daily TV shows for some time. During this break, she also made a brief appearance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.If finalised, the project would see Shraddha reunite with Ektaa Kapoor for the second time while also marking her first on-screen collaboration with Gaurav. Meanwhile, this will be Gaurav Khanna’s debut project with Ektaa Kapoor even after being in the industry for close to two decades.
