ABC and former managing director Michelle Guthrie settle adverse action case

Ms Guthrie lodged her claim back in October against Mr Milne and three current board directors Joseph Gersh, Vanessa Guthrie and Donny Walford.

The board sacked Ms Guthrie in September and days later Mr Milne was forced to resigned due to allegations of political interference.
